The Soft Heat Warming Blanket

I decided to put together this Soft Heat Warming Blank review after enduring the last few nights in a cold house. Before purchasing one of these useful items, there were several items I learned during my research which I will now share in this article.

If you're home is anything like mine, it's tough to keep a cozy warm feeling when it gets ice cold during the night. In addition, there is nothing better than being nice and warm in front of the TV before going to bed. I have been using various electric blankets over the years and now that my 4 year old blanket just died, I find I am in the market again for a new warm and cozy heating blanket.

One thing I noted early on in my research is that Sunbeam and Soft Heat seem to be companies that make quality heating blankets and have good reputations. I usually favor companies that have a long history making quality products whenever possible.

The Soft Heat Warming Blanket comes in the four common sizes: Full, King, Queen and Twin. There are 4 choices of colors ranging from Natural which looks like an off-white, slate blue, opal grey and garnett which is a pinkish red color.

Here are some key features that make this electric blanket stand out:

  • The micro fleece fabric creates an ultra soft blanket
  • Small and virtually unnoticeable wires that don't get all caught up as you try to sleep or relax
  • Safety features that use low voltage but still keep the blanket cozy and warm
  • Even heating throughout blanket without cold spots
  • A 10 hour auto shutoff feature that ensures you don't leave the blanket running for the entire day
  • Built in temperature protection for additional safe

What The Soft Heat Reviews Say...

In addition to my own research I read several of the Soft Heat Warming Blanket reviews. One of the common themes in the reviews that I have read has to do with the softness of the fabric. One owner of the blanket wrote "Extremely soft...one problem, I do not want to get out of bed" and another wrote "this is, without question, the most comfortable electric blanket I have ever owned".

Since the blanket is made from there micro fleece fabric it's not surprising comfort is one of the strengths for this product.

I have owned several electric blankets in my time and one major problem has been the wires. They tend to be bulky and often get all twisted and tangled which reduces the enjoyment you can get from your heated blanket.

The Soft Heat Warming Blanket uses ultra thin wires. Consumers using the product wrote "it makes such a difference when you don't feel all those thick wires coiled throughout the inside" and "You can't even tell there is wires in the blanket".

In closing, there were 2 electric blankets that stood out during my research. Here are the one's I researched:

1) Soft Heat Warming Blanket

2) Sunbeam Microplush Throw Camelot Cuddler Heated Electric Warming Heating Blanket

The main features for me came down to comfort, no bulky wires and safety. If you are dreaming of warm cozy evenings then I think you will be happy with your choice.

I hope you have found this Soft Heat Warming Blanket review helpful and informative.
